About:
I'm the project developer and editor of this site (see biography). I'm responsible for most of the initial content but I've been using backend import tools for most of it. After the initial dump, I created this user account for all of my future edits so I could fine tune the user experience by using the same interface everyone else has to suffer through ;)
My username, 'bigspace', is a reference to my favorite backfile when I debated on the college circuit. The argument was simply that whatever the other team was doing (promoting free trade, solving hunger, curing disease, etc.) would either encourage or prevent human expansion into space which could be either good or bad depending on how we wanted to play it. I researched this file for our squad and we had a ridiculously deep list of links to every concievable impact and the impacts of 'big space' were always enough to outweigh their case. We ended up winning far more often on this argument than we should have so this site can be seen as my way of atoning for years of argumentative gamesplaying.
