Pavel Podvig

Pavel Podvig is a research associate at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University. Before joining CISAC in August 2004, he was a researcher at the Center for Arms Control, Energy and Environmental Studies at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
